HiI ordered a phone on the 13th March and whenever I track it with EE it says it's been dispatched but I haven't heard anything since? DD has been set up but I don't have the phone.

Resolved! How can I speak to someone from EE
I need to speak to a human being. EE seem to have made this impossible. I have followed the links and the texts and etc and there is no option to speak to customer services. This is ridiculous.
