Recurring top up option disappeared

I can’t seem to find the option for recurring top up. I used to have one, but since the old bank card expired the option has seemed to have disappeared.

@Llib : In your online MyEE a/c: Manage > Choose a plan . Choose 1 & it will offer you a choice :

Choose how to pay
You can pay by card for recurring payments and get 10% off this plan or pay with credit for a one-time payment.

Pay by card
Pay with credit
