Hi folks,
So I logged into my account to find all my tariff information has disappeared. No bill information. No data information. Nothing. Only option is to “link a product”.
I try going through the linking process but then I get a message saying the number is already linked to an account. It’s only ever been on my account which I’ve only ever used the same email address log in for.
Please can someone advise what may be going wrong here?
