I’m trying to set up recurring card payments on my new Pay as you go account. My card had been accepted and I can use it to make top up payments manually but for the recurring payments, it lets me tick the ‘use this card’ box but the ‘Confirm card’ button is always greyed out. This is in the app and on the website. Is this a general issue or is there something different I need to do?

You sure the page somewhere doesn't include a tick box asking to confirm you have read the T&C's & agree to them?

No there’s nothing else to tick. My card has been accepted as I can make manual top up payments but when I select my card and tick the box, it won’t let me confirm the monthly payment.
