Reactivate my number

Now that I'm abroad, my number seems to have been closed, and I can't receive any text messages and make calls. 150 customer service can't be called, but the account still has a balance and can be top up. The last time I received a text message was in April of this year, but I also topped up. How can I recover the number now

I just want to receive texts. I also tried to buy a package, but it was unsuccessful. At the moment, my account can only be recharged.

When did you last use your PAYG phone for a chargeable action? They are hibernated after 6months of non-use. The following article explains the process & how you can reactivate them.
