Hello. I am a new user, just 1 month. My pack was out of data, so I logged in for a top up. But somehow ending up placing an order for the sim pack worth £15. As I needed to renew my allowances so I had to do another top up of £15 which resumed my services. Now my question is what do I do with the placed order?

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
