Do you have to have a data plan to ad a data add on? I was hopin to add just 10b data or £5 to no plan.

Hi there @KazLoku2
Thanks for coming here 🙂
Are you able to connect to the camera and open a web browser once connected and go to add-on.ee.co.uk then go to Purchase and select the data add-on you want to buy?
Leanne.

Welcome to the community.
Could you try deleting and redownloading the app please? Also, could you try adding an add-on through this add-on hub, when not connected to WiFi?

Hi,
I have a similar issue - my Dad as an EE 4GEE dongle that we top up with data so he can link his laptop to it when out. He uses it periodically so we don't need a monthly plan and just topped up occasionally. I did this previously via the website as I live elsewhere.
Now the data has run out but when I go to add more data (there is enough credit on the account) but I get the AddOns Purchase Error message and cannot buy the add on. I do not have the dongle.

Hi @Sliggers200
Welcome to the community.
Could you try on the EE Online account using a different device or browser please?

Tried via the link in your mail using a different device but have the same issue.
I can see the credit on the account, but when clicking to view/select add-ons to purchase with that credit I just get the same Addons Purchase Error message.
Thanks

Hi @Sliggers200,
I'm sorry to hear you're having problems purchasing an add-on.
Has the dongle been out of use for an extended period?
James
