I’m trying to add a new 120gb data connected sim to my re account so I can monitor usage.  I have had 2 already and this is my 3rd but can’t remember what I did last time

how do I do that?

 

it’s in a 4G router so can’t receive texts sent to it until registered either as it then diverts to email or other mobile from memory.

 

any ideas?

@HHello : Are the other 2 SIMs also Connected Data or PAYG? If so, you should be able to add another by:

Menu > A/C Settings > Add an A/c.

Did you purposely make the router forward texts to a mobile phone (I would doubt it as sending texts from it would probably be chargeable)? If you did, you could read the texts on the mobile being forwarded to. In any case you can still read the texts on the router as they remain in its Inbox.
