Obviously, not that important as I am receiving this error on PAYG.
Ridiculous EE, really.

@doxx : That's the right page to arrive at to start with, but it needs to be accessed over the mobile network.
What device are you using for this? A mobile phone or a mobile router?
However even when you get to the right page, you won't find any MMS add-ons as it only offers data add-ons.

Right, well this isn't helpful. The page still isn't working. I need an MMS add-on and if "customer-service" is the only method way, why have even such a section on the website?
Seriously, can no community member of this forum raise this as an issue to the EE web team?
How do I? Or do I need to register an complaint?
Edit:
You've got to be kidding me. The complaint web form is also BROKEN.
Nice to know that EE is using nginx.

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

Thanks, but that would be great if the complaint form didn't 503. Now twice on two different browsers on two different devices. Irony.
Not even a cuddly message, just the bog standard nginx 503.

@doxx : There is no MMS (Picture Msgs) add-on for PAYG. There would be on contract.
