Error when purchasing via the website

I made a purchase of a cell phone and plan through the website, the payment was made in advance, there was an error on the website and no order was generated. help me!!

If you would like to check of the order went through at our end before you got the error message, please call us on 0800 956 6000. The team can check this for you and if needed help you place a new order.

If the order was not successful, the payment you made, will be pending with your bank and will be returned within 5-7 working days.
