Purchasing a pack

Hi,
I'm trying to purchase a new 30 day pack with a new debit card. Every time I enter the card details and confirm the purchase I get the following image. This happens when trying on my phone, tablet and computer. Any ideas on how to get around this?

Thank you for the reply. It is a UK based card I'm using.
I had to cancel my original cards and order new ones and this is the
new card I've received. When I went on ee earlier in the week the app
was down for maintenance but will try again tomorrow to see if the
payment goes through.
