Ee let me buy a voucher that contains unlimited text for 20 a month 

today my phone was cut off for no reason I’ve lost my number I have had for years 

 

they tell me it’s in terms I stated a new job that includes getting calls and text they cut me off saying  300 max texts why slow me to buy unlimited 

these vouchers are only for pay as you go I’ve had way more text then this before in previous job never a problem 

 

rip off British public 

 

another thing about this company they make no sence I went in the shop with cash they turned me away as I needed a contract why in gods name would I want to pay behind on direct debit when I had the money to pay for the contract and the phone 

 

tjey told me to get pay as you go if I didn’t want to have a direct debit

 

how I the world of business does that make sense 

 

when my phone was cut off today the guy recto put me through to sale so I could get a new package and sim with them on pay monthly 

 

so twice I’ve been turned away as a customer this company makes no sense whatsoever
