Hi, I have recently got a new sim after ditching sky, transferred my old number, got a confirmation that my old number has been sucessfully transferred.
The issue I have is that while i was ordering the sim i also purchased a pack, this payment went out of my bank on the 25th April and after all the setup was complete with my number port, i now have no data. I feel like I have paid for something that i didn't receive. Do I need to raise a dispute through my bank since im having issues getting through to EE customer services.

I have decided to leave EE its a shame the service doesnt work for me. I will request a refund for the pack that clearly doesnt work. Now i need to figure out how to get pac code so can take my number with me. This is not good for a new customer to have to pay for something and not receive. I have noticed that im not the only one with this issue. Thanks for trying to help tho 👍

As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC. Give the PAC to new provider.
