Hi, my pack didn’t automatically renew last night for despite having the funds in my account so I had to select the same pack again. My rollover data didn’t rollover though. It was around 50GB.
Any suggestions?

Hi @lucianmck,
Did you have 50GB remaining from last months pack, or does that include data you'd already rolled over from the previous month? You can't rollover data a second time and it doesn't include any data from Free Boosts or add-ons.

Yes I still had 50GB left from my last pack that should have been rolled over. I know you have 7 days to buy another pack to keep your rollover but it still hasn’t appeared after buying the pack yesterday.
