Hi, I recently topped up my credit to pay for my monthly pay as you go "pack", like I always do. Usually it goes through without issue, and I can use my phone. But this time it says I have credit, but it hasn't gone through for some reason. Not sure how to fix the issue, any advice would be appreciated, thanks

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
