Hi, why do I have issues everytime when I try to process a payment when topping up or wanting to start a pack! It’s been happening way too much! Everytime it happens I have to phone EE, the bank said it’s EE issue. It’s just annoying having to phone everytime .

In Settings, select Safari followed by Clear History and Website Data.
