Pay as phone seem to have paid twice

I seem to have paid twice , as taken £10 of my credit balance and taken £10 out of my bank . How do I sort this please . As I requested it to come off my credit

I had £20 credit on my phone so I did it to renew from that balance . But I
now have £10 left on my balance and EE having took £10 from my account . I
just can’t work it out
