Hello,
I have bought Subscription pack £10 (new sim). I have already receive message saying my number (from O2) was successfully transfered. I have restarted phone several times. But I cannot make calls it says I have not enough credit (credit shows £0), a cannot send messages. I thought £10 i paid will be transfered to my credit once my number/sim is active? How do I get those £10 I paid to my credit?

I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can check what has happened to the credit that you mentioned and help you get up and running.
