My post above was for @Pawel2137 asking if they have credit on their My EE account for purchasing a pack to help with their query.
Have you tried another browser to see if this works for you?

hello I have the same problem I can't add my debit card to buy a package for £30 100gb, I have money on the card, I tried on 3 other devices and it pops up the same as in the picture above
