The image below 'Additional payer authentication required to complete your payment.' doesn't show. It says 'This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.'

Yes, I tried different browsers but it still isn't working.

 I tried different browsers but it still isn't working.

I cant even add credits to my account because of the Additional payer authentication nothing pops out there

If you still experience this issue after clearing your web browser's cookies and cache and making sure you have no pop up blockers running on your device, please get in touch with Technical Support so the team can raise a ticket for you.

Have you tried following the advice provided and clear cache and cookies?

If this has not worked then please report this to our technical care team so this can be looked into further.

Same problem for me. You think EE would want to fix it. I will have to change provider as I can't pay them

Same issue; my recurring payment card is about to expire but I can’t get past the “Additional payer authentication required to complete your payment” screen  (on my iPhone 13). I tried last month too - same result - so not a temp glitch).
