Card payment

I am trying to add a new card for monthly card payments. I enter all my details, but when it tries additional payer authentication the website fails and returned an error to say the content is blocked. I've tried multiple browsers and multiple machines and get the same error.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
