Pay as you go £10 pack

Last week, I purchased a Pay as You Go SIM-only package for £10. My SIM card arrived within a few days, and I put it in my phone. It said EE on my phone, and I saw that the SIM card was activated. I installed the EE app and saw that the £10 package hadn't been charged. I waited a few days, but it still hadn't been charged. Meanwhile, the number transfer went through. Finally, I paid another £10 top-up and started using the package again. My question is: How can I get my initial payment back? Thank you.

Hi @Trkr,

Welcome to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear your initial payment isn't showing in your account, as this certainly isn't what we'd expect to see. I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they will be able to find out what has happened here, and help you to get this resolved.
