Hy i make online an order for pay as you go .I was on other provider when I make the switch. I choose the 35 pounds package with a sim and I give the PAC code and my preference to keep the old number .
I receive the sim I insert it in the phone but my allowance wich i have brought with the sim didn't arrived in my account .
Are 2 days now .The number from other provider have been cancelled on the other line i cant use it and în ee the number have not been alocate yet...what can I do in this situation??

Can you try to text AL to 150 from the new EE SIM and let me know what text you get back?
What happens when you try to call out using the SIM?
If you gave us a PAC, the number would only disconnect from your old provider when it is moved to EE. What happens if someone tries to call your number?
