Paid for subscription package but doesn’t work

yesterday, I have top up for my subscription package but it doesn’t work.

when I am logging in to my account it does show my package activation but it doesn’t show my phone number.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Your mobile no. may be found in your online MyEE under Menu > A/c Setting > Manage numbers.
