Topped up 10 pounds before, been doing it every month on 16th, I would usually get a text with my usual pack but now I've got no credit by making one short call. Credit my account so get the 10£ pack please. After all the years I've been with you, I need my usual pack or ill go elsewhere.. happened to me before??
