I’ve had a pay as you go sim
activated it and successfully got a pack to work. After 30 days it ran out.
I’ve got to get a new pack and it is not working,
“system failure. We are currently experiencing difficulties loading this information, please try again later“
I’ve waited and nothing, so today I topped up £15 thinking this must be the issue. And no. Nothing.
now I have £15 loaded onto the card and cant activate the pack any idea? I really want to be with EE but this is so infuriating I’m going to have to go somewhere else

Hi again, @Katie_B
Yesterday I bought "EE £15, 30 days for Unlimited Mins, Unlimited Texts & 15GB data" package, and tried to register My EE account. The registration procedure seemed to have internal server trouble and sometimes the connection caused a timeout and shows some error messages. I tried registration again and again.
Now, every time I access https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/packs then it shows PACKS ERROR and it says "Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."
Accessing https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/addons-payg shows ADDONS PURCHASE ERROR and it says "Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later." as well.
I cannot use my SIM at all.

Hi @Yoko777,
What response do you get if you text PACK15 to 150?
Does your phone show it is connected to the EE network in the status bar?

On March 22nd, I asked EE's chat service to refund my "EE £15" purchase because of the "system failure". In that chat session, they promised to refund it to me, but I have not been refunded yet. I would like to submit the complaint through https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/complaint.html/submit.html , but every try to submit shows "No more than 500 words permitted" I am sure I submit with less than 500 words. Neither Chrome nor Safari. The EE website is really not useful.

It is definitely less than 500 words. Please try it by yourself.
Sorry for being off-topic from this thread.

OK, thank you @Yoko777.
I have just done a test and the complaint was submitted.
That was using Microsoft Edge.

@Yoko777 : Peculiarly any isolated block of punctuation marks count as 1 word, e.g.
So too many of them can eat into the 500 words.
I seem to remember some other more important grammatical thing caused it to fail but I can't find where I said so.
