Hi there I'm trying to buy a 15 pound pack with my credit as I normally do but it's not letting me. It's asking me to do a subscription pack instead I don't want to do that I just want my standard 15 pound pack

How are you trying to buy your £15 pack? Did you text PACK15 to 150?
What does your normal £15 pack contain?

Hi @Lisamarie80,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
What response do you get if you text NOW to 150?

I asked you how tried to buy the pack, not how you topped up. The topping has already been done but it's the buying that is the issue. Also what is your usual pack made up of?
I've an idea about this but until I hear your answers I cannot go further.
