I am having this issue. I had enough credit for it to renew but it is saying I need to add credit. If I buy the pack will it affect all my accumulated data/boosts please? Thanks

Having exactly the same issue, been two days now and I didn’t realise it hadn’t so I ended up using some of my credit 🤬 still more than enough for it to renew so I’m at a loss as to what to do

Hi @Annoyed221

Welcome to the Community!

If you still have enough credit for the pack then you can text 'NOW' to 150 to start your new pack, and you will still have access to all your boosts, however, if you do not start a new pack, you will not be able to access your boosts.

Hi there, thanks for replying unfortunately I have tried that and I get the reply saying I need to add credit(I have credit)

@Annoyed221 : You had a legacy pack. If a legacy pack doesn't auto renew (perhaps by EE deliberately withdrawing it) you can't then buy it manually. However you can buy 1 of the latest packs & you will retain the previous free boosts.

Thanks for replying. I did try buying a new pack but the reply said I need to top up which is not the case
