Mobile plan change

My mobile plan is now 20£ more since this evening according to my account even if I have the broadband associated to my account. It should be 17.5£ according to the contract. 

No service

I share a plan with my family and nobody has got any service, regardless of us being in different locations. Does anybody know what the issue may be? The bill has been paid for the month.
