Pack not renewed

My pack did not renew and the HELP option does not provide solutions for this problem.

I switched on/off the airplane mode and it worked. However, previously I did not need to do that and my packs would renew automatically. Thank you!

@RossM1995  Have you tried just restarting the device ?    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
