BAN spend?

Just tried to upgrade inshore after traipsing all the way into the town to be told there was an issue with my BAN spend so I cant upfmgrade til next week. Does anyone have any idea what it means and why I couldn't upgrade today?

Resolved! Disney plus app on EE Tv

This is not on the apps list. Can I add it on to it? I tried to share screen from my iPhone but it didn’t work
