Hi......we have a PAYGo Sim for our Electric Gates and the control panel has recently been replaced and the SIM number is no longer recognised. How do I know if it is still an active number or reset Top Up? Thanks

With PAYG SIMs, we do have a hibernation policy in place where accounts will be automatically cancelled after a period of extended inactivity. 

As the article above highlights though, after the initial suspension of your number, you still have three months to request reactivation before it's fully cancelled. 

Can you remember when it was you last purchased a pack for this number, or used it to make a phone call?
