Hello
My local store has told me that the swipe cards for topping up PAYG sims are no longer available. Is this true?
I bought a SIM from a supermarket and it did not include a swipe card.
Thanks!

Hi @js1070
They are old technology you don't need anymore.
See here for ways to top up:
Thanks

Hi @Northerner
Thanks for the response. I don't mind if they are old, I'm just interested in if they are still available as they fit with how I want to top up.
Thanks

Hi @js1070.
You can top-up using an E-voucher but not a swipe card.
Have a look at the options in the link provided by @Northerner.

The link Northerner sent specifies swipe cards, specifically:
"What do I do if I've lost my E top-up card?
Simply pop into an EE store to pick up another. You'll need to link your new E top-up card to your phone before you next top up."

The EE 150 voice says you can pick up a replacement card from a supermarket or any shop that displays the Mobile Top Up Logo.

I've purchased three SIM packs from different supermarkets in the hunt for a card (big spender, I know), and all of them contained just a SIM, no top-up card. I don't think supermarkets stock the cards themselves separately from the SIM packs either.
I'm going to try calling customer services and asking about either sending one via post (which from research on the forum, they don't do) or confirming whether or not they are available through EE stores.
