PAYG Data SIM not working in France

Hello

just arrived in France and my Data SIM will not connect. Checked roaming is on etc etc but still no joy. What am I missing?

@Quattrosailor : You can't buy the PAYG roaming add-ons if you don't have a pack & data SIMs don't have a pack.

Are you a PAYG or pay monthly contract customer?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I suspect not!

I think I might have to give up because I don’t know the mobile number of the SIM and I cannot text myself because there is no connection. A viscous circle!!

Hi @Quattrosailor,

Did you use any of your data allowance in the UK to activate the SIM?

If you didn't, you won't be able to activate it when roaming.
