My PAYG sim is kept active while I live overseas. I top up and use it every 3 months keeping it active. When I arrived in the UK today my app says I don’t have a data pack and I need to subscribe to one. When I select the pack. It says that they will send me a new SIM card. Which obviously I don’t want. I just want to add a data pack to my current sim. It’s so confusing. I need a 30 day data pack and then when I leave again I just need the roaming so I can keep it active.

Have you texted ALL PACKS to 150 & chosen 1? There's no reason for that to send you a new SIM.
How old is your existing PAYG SIM & how long have you been abroad?

Thank you. I didn’t know that I cannot use their app to do this. It should be more clear to call or text 150. I did it by calling. Easily done in 1 minute when you know how!
