Opted to not renew pack, but been deleted immediately

I had a £15 pack on my account, but do not want to renew it automatically each month so I called 150 and chose the option to cancel. I presumed it would still leave me with the pack until it expired, because I’ve already paid for it, but it’s been removed straight away….? I would like it back somehow……?

You should have just texted STOP PACK to 150 to stop it auto renewing. By speaking to CS on 150 probably they took you at your word to cancel.
