I have applied the new pay as you go SIM with £20 70GB SIM plan and tried to transfer my number to EE. When I activate the sim I cannot find the new 70GB SIM plan and it will not let me transfer my number.

I figured it now. I had to purchase the £20 subscription pack for it to apply the extra 40GB promotional offer.

Thanks for getting back to us @Sjidah13.

It can take up to 24 hours to activate, are you still experiencing this today?

Katie

Hi,

Yes I cannot see the £20 70GB subscription pack available on my EE to purchase.

Also when I enter my current EE number it says

Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07.”

Although the number has been entered correctly. It will not proceed to next page for number transfer.

Are you saying you have bought this pack or that you are intending to buy it?

The normal £20 pack comes with 30GB, not 70GB.

I ordered this sim. however when I activated it and set up my EE, I can’t see the 70GB available for me to purchase

In other words, you got it free & you'd yet to top up.
