I am a PAYG customer and need to speak to someone via Live Chat as I am abroad and cannot text or call. I have looked on the Help and Contact Us page and it only gives me the option to text or call. Please can someone help?

@khanhducphan : There are no bills for PAYG. You top-up as you wish whenever you like.

My wife and thought we had a joint account.somehow this didn’t happen and as we are going to France, we need to sort things out

@Mill10 : What do you mean? You don't have joint a/c's with mobile phones/SIMs but you could well share a MyEE online a/c holding both your devices. How do you think having a joint a/c help you with roaming? Each no. will have its own roaming abilities & costs.
Are you on contract or PAYG?
