I am a PAYG customer and need to speak to someone via Live Chat as I am abroad and cannot text or call. I have looked on the Help and Contact Us page and it only gives me the option to text or call. Please can someone help?

@ymusaisa Did you enable roaming on your EE account ? Any add ons you purchased do not enable roaming that are just add ons to keep costs down. Roaming is enabled by texting ROAM to 150 or by calling customer service and requesting it to be enabled on your account.
