My contract ran out months ago and been trying to upgrade. I just get no suitable plans available on every single phone I try.
I can't call and want to do online, what's going on?

I am sorry you are having an issue sorting your upgrade out. Have you tried to upgrade both via the app and the website and the issue is the same?
If the issue is the same on both platforms it does suggest it is something account or plan related that is going to require one of our guides to take a look into it for you.
We do have accessibility options for calling such as the text relay service detailed on our contact us page if that is an issue. Depending on what is causing the issue our live chat team in the help section of the EE app may also be able to help resolve it for you.
