App down!!!!

How the heck is the app down and showing  ‘we are improving your app’ at 2300 on a Saturday night!?!?!? This is beyond ridiculous. Every single night  the app isnt available between 2200-0000!!! I’m done with EE. I’m taking my three phones elsewhere unless this is immediately sorted. It’s utter madness.
