Hello i just was talking with the lady,she did the mistake i wanted to stay with my old number but she switched of by mistake my old number and switched on the new one

How i can call to customer service if there no options,can anyone to call me?

When i call to 150 they just asking me if i want to top up,and dont let to choose more options!

 

So thats how you guys are working"no one will call you"but when need to charge the money then all ofice is working properly
