No allowance added after subscription

I have ordered a new PAYG sim and inserted in my phone, with subscription of 8GB / £10 already made.  I can't get any data connection and the allowance keeps showing zeron in my online account.  I have tried restarting my phone, texted NOW to 150, but nothing works!!  Any advice?
