How do i remove content lock without id or a credit card

@Caboose1  In theory you can’t but if you go to a store and make this request they might just do this for you without asking to see photo ID,   You’ll have to cross your fingers and hope as they should be asking to see in date photo ID. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Can’t I turn off content lock online?

If you're on contract, you can change your parental controls in the Plans & Subscriptions section of your EE Online account.

Hi @7741 

Please go to How To I Turn On/Off Parental controls to change your Content Lock / Parental Controls on Pay monthly (contract) lines. 

For Pay as you go (Pre pay) you need to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age. Alternatively you can visit any EE store with some photo ID. On Pay as you go it's not possible to remove content lock without a Credit Card or ID.
