I am new to EE and got a new iPad and got an EE payg card.
I wanted to buy one of their data packs, but accidentally bought a top up amount of £20 instead. How can I get this changed for a data pack? As it’s a data device only, so won’t make calls or send messages.
I can’t afford to waste £20 right now

@KDownerx You’ll need to call customer services to see if this can be changed.

@KDownerx : There not the same thing. A top-up is just credit like the money in your pocket. You use it to buy data packs & add-ons with it.
Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when it's not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.
