Received email saying we have made mistake with billing and I owe £13 a month for last 3 months,there mistake there problem not mine, anyone else had this message or is it a scam.

There was a similar post on here previously where when posted it was pointed out they hadn't been paying for something for over a year so it was correct.  May be best to contact customer services but what doe sit say you owe money for?

If it's contractual then it is your issue unless EE waiver the costs.

As @garybs29 says best speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Says they have been undercharging me for Netflix premium which I never asked for to my knowledge.

They say they have undercharged me for Netflix premium which as far as I know I have never requested.i will take it up with of I'm and see how they deal with it, called them already and was told there were no additions to my billing.
