New sim card & no balance and data and other things after buying £10pack

MIKhan

Hello, I've bought a £10 pound pack sim yesterday. But when I check my balance it is showing 0.00 credit, 0.00 B internet. But the pack said they will give 20gb internet, 500 min talktime and unlimited messages. I've got a message from 150 mentioned that it would be activated when I use the phone. I called and texted but still not getting the mentioned pack.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Thanks for providing a screenshot of the message @MIKhan

What happens if you try to make a call or text?

Katie

When I tried to call, an automated voice says "hi there, it looks like you don't have enough credit to make a call. Please topup first."
