Hi all I brought a SIM card from EE and did a month subscription pack and at the time of doing it on my debit card I said I don’t want them to automatically renew pack every month as I was only using for a month to check the signal strength I get from all the places I go as it’s important to get signal everywhere I go and at my daughters kept losing signal so how do I make sure they dont use my card to automatically renew pack please.

Hello @Angel67

When purchasing your pack did you set up direct card payments?

If you text STOP PACK to 150 this should ensure your pack does not continue.

More information can be found HERE.

How did you say that you don’t want them to automatically renew pack every month? Did you do it by texting STOP PACK to 150 after you received the SIM?

That's not the same as not having the pack auto renew but it is sufficient for your card not to be auto used when the pack is due to renew.
