My balance

I recently purchased a voucher for £20 and my Balance was £20. But then it replied with this:

Welcome to EE. Thanks for buying a £10 pack, it'll come out of your credit as soon as you use your phone. It gives you 500 minutes, unlimited texts, and 8GB of data. Visit ee.co.uk/payg for information on managing your account, or ee.co.uk/paygservice for the main elements of your service. Thanks.

And then it changed my balance from £20 to £10. Does that mean when that £10 balance is done, another £10 balance will be added in because I brought the £20 EE voucher?

@SytoEntry : You say you bought a £20 eVoucher, in a shop presumably. What did you do with it after that? Did you apply it to your credit by texting 150?

If you did apply it to your credit was your balance £20 before or after applying the eVoucher?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I did apply my credit by texting 150 and the voucher number and the balance was £20 after I redeemed it but afterwards it showed this.Screenshot_20240105-001332.png

OK, so what's the problem? You spent £20 money & you've now got the £10 pack of allowances + £10 left over as credit to be used for next month's pack.
