my mobile service is blocked even tough i have balance

i am trying to use my phone for calls and sms but it says my number is blocked, i have balance  in my  top up but it does not let me, im trying to get in touch with customer service but no human is available to talk to since office hours are closed. im Currently in Pakistan and cannot visit UK personally, due to the time difference im trying to get in touch with EE in office hours but if anybody can guide me if i can get this issue solved online, iv tried buying add on package but it does not work. iv tried using my card aswell as top up but it gives me error everytime i try it. there is absolutly no clear guidleine to deal with this issue iv looked everywhere so help me guys.  I cant make calls/sms or rcv them. even tried add on they have charged my card for that but have not opened my services.

@samiullah111 : Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
